Recipe: Cuervo Frozen Margarita


This recipe is the frozen version of the Classic Margarita…. Yummmmm

Cuervo Frozen Margarita Recipe:

All you need:

1 ounce Jose Cuervo Especial
3 ounces lime Margarita mix
4 ounces crushed ice
Salt in a dish
Lime slices or wedges for garnish
Lime wedges to salt rim of glass

All you need to do:

Rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge.

Dip the rim in the salt and set aside.

Mix Jose Cuervo Especial, lime Margarita mix and crushed ice in a blender.

Pour into the glass and garnish with a lime slice or wedge.

I bought some pre-mixed cheap Tarantualla Berry Margarita. Don't go there! LOL Tastes like grape kool-aide. I think I'll stick with classic!

LOL... some of the mixes are better than others.... William Sonoma makes an excellent mix... and you can use it for alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions

I've tried a number of mixes before... and you're right.. they taste like Kool-Aid... it's hit and miss..
