Marinades for London Broil not only tenderize the meat but add flavor… this one uses balsamic vinegar as the base…. seasoned with garlic and rosemary.. the flavors blend well.
TIPS
I like to use Montreal seasoning on beef… I don’t use it too liberally… just a sprinkle does the trick.
Refrigerate the beef in this marinade overnight for the best results.
Recipe: Balsamic Vinegar Marinade for London Broil
All you need:
½ cup of balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
Montreal seasoning (or salt and pepper)
All you need to do:
Sprinkle both sides of the beef with Montreal seasoning and lay it in a glass dish.
Poke the beef with a fork a few times over both sides.
In a small bowl combine the marinade ingredients and pour over the beef. Turn the beef over and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 6 hours… overnight is best. Turn again at least once more.
