Tip of the Day:
When baking bar cookies and brownies, for easier removal from the pan, line the pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Just cool completely, then lift and peel the foil away. I lift the baked goods onto a large cutting board when removing it from the pan, it makes it easier to cut.
