Recipe: Apple Pecan & Blue Cheese Spread

This recipe is from Nabisco and is simple to make and from what I’m told, very tasty. I’m not a fan of blue cheese, so I’m taking this on recommendation.

It seems to be a hit whenever it shows up at a party or food day so I think this is a winner.

Apple Pecan & Blue Cheese Spread Recipe:

All you need:

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
½ sour cream
1 tart red apple, chopped (Rome would be a good choice)
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup chopped toasted pecans

All you need to do:

Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl until well blended.

Add the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the crackers. Mix well.

Refrigerate the spread at least 2 hours.

Serve with crackers.
