It’s always a challenge to find something that kids will really like and not have the same things week after week… try finding new ways to use the same ingredients.
The Corn Dog Casserole recipe today is an excellent example of taking something that’s ordinary…. franks n beans…. and changing it slightly… the cornbread topping adds a new flavor that goes really well with the beans and franks.
Trying to watch the fat?.... try using Oscar Meyer light hot dogs… they’re really good… and I bet no one will even notice that their light…. I know my family didn’t!
