Warren is the assistant photographer… aka “Ansel” … chief taste tester and food and photo critic…. sometime... okay... mostly dishwasher… spell checker …. Web site/blog reviewer…IT guy for all the dumb things I need to know about saving my documents in case of a hard drive crash .... and most importantly… chief cheering section without who’s love and support this website/blog wouldn’t be possible.
Erik …. is.. to quote Charlie Chan (I know I’m dating myself now) … the #1 son… artistic director… food critic… recipe inventor… food information maven… website/blog critic… assistant photographer…. and chief cheering section emeritus (semi-retired).
Bubba… is my little... well not so little.. happy taste tester when something hits the floor… he has dibs... he's also in charge of the Complaint Department…. you complain… you deal with Bubba and face the consequences.
Duke was my happy tail wagging taste tester ... his tail wagged constantly as he would watch me cook...he has left us now but he will always be remembered ... we're sure he is now happy mooching cookies from Grandma.
