Kitchen renovation progress... we're down to the studs... the wall that was between the kitchen and the old dining room is history!!!
The sheetrock people are coming tonight (yes.. it's Saturday night).. their choice ... so we will have new walls started!
Most of the electric has been done... the plumber has moved the gas line to the new location where the range will be. And last but not least... the cabinet order went in... along with the sink and hood order. The new kitchen table is in but they will hold off delivery until we're ready.
Life without a kitchen has it's challenges. We do have a microwave and a toaster oven.. although we haven't used the toaster oven yet.
Truthfully it has been going smoothly. We did run into a few snags but they were handled without a lot of trouble. So it goes....
so happy for you linda, you deserve the best kitchen ever! wishing you a smooth remodel with only one or maybe two gray hairs along the way:)
