I love my mini tart tins. They have so many uses… not just for the traditional mini tart. I like that they’re non-stick so removal is easy and so is clean-up. They are extremely affordable and I encourage you to consider having them on hand…
Today’s recipe uses them for mini fritattas… They’re the perfect size for individual servings of a frittata… and they’re so easy to make and serve.
