Recipe: Raspberry Almond Pie

This dessert pie recipe is so easy and soooo good. By using a pre-made pie crust… this is ready in a jiffy.

Raspberry Almond Pie Recipe:

All you need:

1 9 inch chocolate crumb crust
1 ½ cup seedless raspberry jam
12 tablespoons butter
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup ground almonds

All you need to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread the jam over the bottom of the pie crust.

In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating constantly.

Stir in the almonds.

Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
