Tip of the Day:
I experimented using my beloved mini chopper…. Okay I admit it … I didn’t want to clean the big processor… but honestly… it’s just the same to wash the big one as it is the little one…
I would recommend you use the regular size processor if you have one. The spread will mix more evenly a lot quicker in the big processor… with the smaller chopper you have to keep taking the lid off and scraping the sides with a knife.. and a mini chopper can’t handle more than 1 brick of cream cheese at a time.
