They all looks so good! I was so upset to find out that I was born in the Year of the Snake. I HATE snakes!!!!!!!! Now what does that mean???? But I love Chinese food! So I am going to give one of these a try, maybe the pineapple chicken. Thanks for all the time you take to share these great recipes.

Hi Kat!

I'm so with you on the snake thing... when I was a teenager, my best friend and I were having a picnic... by a small pond... very idyllic... we were sitting on a blanket playing cards... my friend say a "bump" under the blanket and "smoothed" it out so the cards would lay flat... unfortunately... it was a snake that slithered out... you never saw 2 girls run so fast.. I swear my feet did not touch ground 'til we reached the house...
I love Chinese food too.. but have to watch MSG and fat... not to mention salt... so I have adapted a bunch of recipes so I can enjoy them at home... hope you like them.

Thanks for coming back and I'm always happy to share recipes... glad you like them!
