I left quantities off… I figure 3 good sized chicken fingers and 2 strips of bacon per person.. the rest is really up to you as far as quantities go.

Tomatoes, cut up
Cucumbers, peeled and sliced
Finely shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or cheddar)
Dressing (suggestion: Buttermilk Ranch)
