Recipe: Green Chili Cheese and Onion Spread

With all the emphasis on hot and cold foods for parties, celebrations and get-togethers… we often forget the simplest and easiest foods. Dips and Spreads are delicious and stretch an otherwise tight food budget. Make them ahead of time… put them out … and forget about them…. what could be simpler?

TIPS

Add the cayenne after you add the green onions… green onions have a little bite to them… so you want to add the cayenne after them so you don’t add too much cayenne.

Chop the green and the white parts of the green onion…. Both parts have a wonderful onion flavor.

This recipe for Green Chili Cheese and Onion Spread is quick… easy….. and very very good. Serve it with a variety of crackers…. and watch it disappear!
