Make Steam in a Skillet to Help Foods Cook Faster

Cooking Tip of the Day

By adding two teaspoons of water to a hot skillet, you can make foods cook a bit faster. Just drop the water on a dry spot on the skillet and cover. The little bit of steam from the water will help cook the food faster (in today’s recipe … you can add a bit of water to help the eggs cook).
