Breaking Eggs into Small Dishes Before Using Them

Tip of the Day

I break my eggs into small custard cups or ramekins before adding them into other recipe ingredients. This way if I get a stray bad egg I don’t ruin all the ingredients I plan on using.

Great tip! I sometimes do this, but I'm going to do it more often.
